Arrived in great shape, packaged well! We began using it right away. I love it! I saw improvement after 4 days with my dry eyes. I no longer need to add eye drops every evening! I’ve started sleeping better and having more energy during the day.

Very easy to be a portable unit.

The 450 Biomax model works fine. It really does require the stand, otherwise you would have to stand in order to direct it towards where I want it and standing still that long would not be beneficial for me. I have to be moving in order to tolerate the standing position. I am not sure yet whether it is doing anything yet for my back and hip pain.

The Biomax tabletop stand is essential for the BIOMAX 450 light, otherwise I would have to stand in order to position it where I want it to go. The stand works well. The light and the stand however are quite heavy even for someone who is relatively strong.

Stand was easy to assemble and seems very sound structurally

The light system and stand are well made and work well with two exceptions: first, there is no reason to have the remote default timer frozen on 20 minutes. I should not have to use Solo to get 15 minutes. Second - don’t have “voice” instructions provided when your voice system does not work!! I talked with customer service and they told me “there are problems with the voice control and is does not work.” If you know this, don’t lie to your customers. Otherwise, works well and was easy to assemble.

Fast shipping time for panels and stand

I set up four Platinum LED Biomax 900 panels on the motorized horizontal stand. Shipping was fast, there was good communication, and the price was fair. The panels are excellent, and I use them 5-6 times a week for full-body coverage. The motorized stand is also a must-have!

The BIOMAX300 arrived very well packed and was handled with care. I wasn't home when UPS came, but they required a signature so they held it at the drop off station.

I've been using infrared light therapy for a couple of years and recently got the BIOMAX300. What I've noticed is my skin has improved and dark spots have faded. At 65 I'm sold! I also love it for joints and muscle soreness.

The product appears to be well made and I do like the features it provides. Can't wait to try it for various issues but I do wish it would have come with a few sample protocols to help us along without doing quite so much research. Maybe provide some research links for things such as AMD or neuropathy. More than just the standard skin care type things would be good. Appears to be a well-made product can't wait to put it to use.

This thing is very well made and it is not going to allow the panel to slip and slide anywhere once set up!

Easy to assemble and move around

I’ve only been using this for a little over a week and am enjoying it so far.

So far our Biomax 600 and 300 are working well. We just wish that both can communicate using only one touch pad like their previous ones. We prefer the touch pad over any remotes.

Great to be able to relax while using for an injury.

Red Light Therapy has helped me so much, it’s amazing to be able to use at home. Love the horizontal stand so I can relax when using it on an injury. Settings are easy to use. Wish the company provided some more specific setting ideas for different needs, like sleep.

I began my journey a year ago. I’ve lost over 40lbs. Gained tons of energy and people now tell me I have the best hair. Go figure. You can argue I could have done the same thing without a platinum Biomax LED light. But for me the results don’t lie. At 63 I’m traveling the world with my best girl and looking better than I did at 23…

I am ALS patient in red light therapy seems to be leaving some of my symptoms. It has been a great addition in my fight against this horrible disease.

You can really feel the quality of this technology. We have only been using it for a couple of weeks now so results can't be quantified just yet but if feels great. I only wish I had waited a bit longer and I would have bought their latest release.

I am very happy with this stand. I have two bio max 450s stacked. This is much more convenient than the “over the door” chains. Now I can use my lights while I get ready for the day easily.
